More than 1,300 hotel rooms spread over eight different resorts will make up the first development phase, which is expected to be finished by 2025. When it’s complete in 2027, over 3,000 hotel rooms across 25 hotels, about 900 luxury residential villas, apartments, and estate homes, as well as upscale shops, fine dining, wellness, and recreational amenities.
