Air Canada Renews Partnership with Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Committees

Air Canada has announced that it has renewed its partnership with the Canadian Olympic Committee and the Canadian Paralympic Committee.
Through the partnerships, Air Canada will remain as the Official Airline of Team Canada for the Olympic and Paralympic Games through 2030. 
At the announcement, Canada’s flag carrier also unveiled the new livery on one of the aircraft that will fly athletes and fans to the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Through the ongoing partnership, Air Canada will remain as the Official Airline of Team Canada though to 2030.
This means that Air Canada will remain the Official Airline at the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games, the 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Milan, the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games in Los Angeles, and the 2030 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The venue for the 2030 Winter Games will be announced in July 2024.
Prince of Travel was live-on-location for the official announcement, which took place with the backdrop of a newly outfitted Boeing 777-300ER in Air Canada’s special “Go Canada Go” livery.

Air Canada will also increase frequency to Paris during the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games.
According to data from Cirium , an aviation analytics company, Air Canada will operate one daily flight from Toronto and up to three daily flights from Montreal to Paris during the upcoming Games.
Air Canada has been the Official Airline of the Canadian Olympic Team since 1988 and the Canadian Paralympic Team since 2007.
Team Canada Athletes to Receive Special Special Service and Transport
For all Team Canada athletes, Air Canada is providing special service and transportation arrangements, as well as increasing its presence at the Games.
All Team Canada athletes will be granted complimentary Aeroplan 35K status through Air Canada’s Podium Program. This will provide athletes with Air Canada perks, such as priority airport services, an extra baggage allowance, access to Preferred Seats, and more.
Team Canada athletes will get special service and transportation arrangements
Furthermore, Air Canada will provide Team Canada athletes with individual Care & Share packages, including amenity kits and memorabilia to share at the Games in Paris.
Air Canada will add to its presence on the ground at both the Canada Olympic House and Canada Paralympic House in Paris, showcasing Canada’s best and cheering on Team Canada athletes with attendees.
If you’re travelling to or from Paris with Air Canada this summer, keep an eye out for airport celebrations as athletes depart for and return from the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Air Canada has also announced 10 Air Canada athlete ambassadors for the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, and it will extend the athlete ambassador initiative for each of the 2026, 2028, and 2030 Games.
