Amtrak summer sale: 25% off Northeast travel

Following its general summer sale , Amtrak is now discounting fares for Northeast-based riders for travel through Labor Day.
One-way routes start at $15 for coach fares and $49 for business-class travel when you book by June 20.
Routes are discounted at least 25% off their normal price.

Based on a test search conducted for this story, you can actually find one-way ticket fares for even lower than advertised. For example, you can book a round-trip journey from New York to Philadelphia over July 4 for $118, with a discounted coach seat on the way there and a discounted business-class Acela seat on the return.
