Majestic Caverns , formerly Desoto Caverns, is 36 miles southeast of Birmingham . Majestic Caverns also has surface attractions, such as a train ride, maze, archery and more.



Fun fact: Majestic Caverns is just 15 miles from Talladega Superspeedway in Lincoln, AL. If you have motorsports fans in your family, this might be a stop to put on your list.

The Rosa Parks Museum  is located in downtown Montgomery at the site where Ms. Parks was arrested in 1955 for refusing to comply with segregation laws and moving to the back of the bus. This unique museum is the only museum in the United States dedicated to Rosa Parks.
