Alaska Airlines announced the appointment of Tiffany DeHaan to the position of vice president for strategy, analytics, and transformation.
The company further said that Sandy Stelling, who currently occupies that role, will retire from the carrier in July after 23 years.
Ms. DeHaan will be responsible for overseeing the execution of company strategy, development of all strategic initiatives, and overall project execution at the airline.
“Tiffany is a big-picture strategic thinker who knows how to drive results and get things done,” said the airline’s CEO, Ben Minicucci.
After 12 years at Point B, a business consultancy, Ms. DeHaan joined Alaska in 2018 as managing director of culture, learning, and inclusion.  She holds a bachelor of arts degree in management information systems from Oregon State University and resides in Sammamish, Washington.
